Macronetics Opens European Office in Luxemburg

Macronetics announces the opening of its offices in Europe. Macronetics provides professional Business Process Management (BPM) solutions for organizations that need to improve their operational efficiency and business performance to compete effectively in the global economy.
"Europe represents a new market for BPM and workflow software solutions because of its diverse economic base," said Dr. Vinh Nguyen, the company's President and CEO. Dr. Nguyen founded Macronetics in July, 2003 upon the commercial release of Automate BPM, the first goal-driven process engine available on the market. Automate BPM tracks the status of important business objectives, and dynamically generates the requisite alerts and tasks to achieve those objectives. Macronetics products run on a wide variety of platforms with customers ranging from the City of Rochester, New York to the US Army.

Klaas is a graduate of Cambridge University with a degree in Economics.
